I've always hated having 4 bags, and a backpack. Those screenshots look like it separates the bags, which I think is silly. If anything, I think the Bagnon screenshot is the only one that doesn't look like a complete mess. Creator is still helping with questions in the comment section, 9 years after the first release. Can set up your own rules to how to sort items in bags. Structure! Can see what items you have on alts bags, banks. Sorting of different item types without nametags. Sorting of different item types with nametags. Not tried this yet, but it looks like a complete mess. (.and using more memory to use less CPU time is a classic trade-off in computer science, so it could be using extra memory to *avoid* being a problem. Addon memory consumption mostly doesn't mean anything, it's CPU use (and especially when it uses too much CPU at one time, delaying a frame) that is a problem.
To the former, don't let memory consumption bother you too much: even at 34MB of memory it's kind of a drop of water in the ocean, since your WoW client will be using somewhere in the region of 3-4GB of memory overall. (It /could/ also be that it does this for item filtering, by asking the server for the local name of things by ID, but that seems less likely.) If your language is English this is pretty much a noop, but don't let it phase you. Takes long to load at startup (whats with the Loading Translations thing?)I have not checked the code, but usually that would be "loading translations of the English text into the local language". Memory hog (uses up 2x the amount of memory of my #2 addon, Auctionator: 17MB) Just has some points that could use improvement:
